If your package is confirmed lost or arrives damaged, our support team will help make it right with a replacement, resend, or refund depending on the situation. Tracking is included with every order where available, so you can follow your package after it has shipped. Separate Packages Some orders may arrive in more than one package, especially when multiple items are ordered. If this happens, you may receive separate tracking updates for each package. There is no extra cost to you.
