30 Day Return Policy

We offer a 30 day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to contact us and request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with any original packaging included. You will also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

Please do not send any items back before contacting us. Returns sent without first contacting our support team may not be accepted.

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will send you clear return instructions, including where to send your package and how to complete the return safely.

Return Shipping

If your item arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us immediately at info@blisselly.com and we will help make it right.

For standard returns, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is caused by an error on our side.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number and clear photos of the item or package where possible.

Non Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, items that show signs of wear, use, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for return.

Gift cards are also non returnable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to contact us first and return the original item if your return is approved. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you would like instead.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank, credit card provider, or payment provider to process and post the refund.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days after receiving it, without giving a reason.
